Twinkle Camp
Students new to a string instrument will have fun learning Twinkle on the violin in just two weeks! Designed for children ages 5 to 9, the program includes daily violin group class, music games, and art. They will be properly introduced to the violin and will have a blast performing Twinkle Twinkle Little Star with their new friends at the final concert! Beginning on the violin is a great way to prepare to learn other strings instruments, including viola, cello, or double bass.

In just two weeks students new to the violin, viola, or cello will learn to play Twinkle Twinkle Little Star! Students will learn how to care for their instrument, play with relaxed and proper posture, and learn beginning pieces including Twinkle. They will have the opportunity to perform on the final concert with their new friends.

Music Games
Students will work on introductory musical concepts such as rhythm, pitch, and ear training through musical games and activities each day.

Art
Interactive art activities will be part of each day as students explore different ways to express themselves and have fun. Students will have the opportunity to paint while listening to music, write stories about pieces, and make their own instruments.
